Vice President

Gani serves as Vice President for Asia Pacific Region (APAC). He brings over 20 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant and 30 years in airline travel consulting, making him an invaluable asset to Global Pathway Careers’ international operations. As the owner of a healthcare and staffing business in the Philippines, Gani has firsthand knowledge of the needs and aspirations of healthcare professionals seeking global opportunities, particularly those pursuing careers in the United States.

A Law graduate of Ateneo De Manila University, Gani expertly guides candidates through complex immigration and travel logistics. His legal background and immigration insight ensure that international nurses are supported with accurate documentation, lawful process management, and personalized advocacy from the moment they consider applying until they arrive at their destination.

Anne Josef

Vice President

Anne serves as Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA Region). She brings over a decade of leadership in global business development and nurse recruitment from her tenure at Edgewater Healthcare Services, a boutique staffing agency headquartered in Coral Springs, Florida. There, she served as Director of Global Business Development spearheading strategy and partnerships to place foreign-trained nurses in direct‑hire, full‑time positions across U.S. hospitals, supporting candidates all the way to permanent resident (green card) status.

Anne developed and managed recruitment channels across international markets and maintained a candidate-first ethos by prioritizing ethical placement standards and professional fit. Anne understands both sides of the staffing equation—international nurse recruitment and U.S. healthcare client requirements.

Ken Simalong

CTO

Ken serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He leads the organization’s digital transformation and technology infrastructure with a forward-thinking, solutions-driven approach. With a strong background in IT systems, data management, and process automation, Ken is responsible for designing and maintaining the secure, scalable platforms that power international recruitment and candidate tracking.

Ken ensures that every stage of the nurse placement process—from applicant intake to employer onboarding—is streamlined, secure, and user-friendly. Ken builds and maintains the digital tools that support international staffing, candidate matching, and document tracking.
